Sunday 15th: We all rose to a beautiful sunny Queensland day. Early in the morning, a number of the current members at Toowoomba gathered at the club housed and set up for registration for all members attending the rally. Throughout the day all the Packards rolled up to the clubhouse for registration. A total of 42 Packards were present at the 2007 rally. That evening everyone returned to the clubhouse for a BBQ dinner. This allowed everyone to acquaint old friends and get to meet new faces.

Monday 16th: Let the fun begin: Today I had the pleasure of travelling in Wade & Gina Hawker’s 1937 Packard. After meeting at the clubhouse for the daily briefing we headed out to St Monicas School for morning tea. A short dr5ive took us to Oakley aviation museum where we had the opportunity to view a large variety of aeroplanes. We continued onto Glencoe for lunch. That afternoon I was able to travel with Mr. J. King in his beautiful 1934 formal sedan. That afternoon, the agenda consisted of visiting the warbird museum before returning to the motel. That evening at the clubhouse we tested our knowledge in enjoying 10 rounds of trivia.
